The controller of the personal data received through this website and the contact channels it offers is:
- Owner: Luisina Graciosi
- Trade name: The Dept.
- Tax ID (CUIT): 27-43334969-0
- Address: Av. Nazca 876, 6th floor, unit A, Flores, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina

2. What data we process and how
Inquiry form. The form asks for your name, brand, the service you are interested in, the needs you tick and a free-text message (optional, up to 1,000 characters). This data is not sent to any server of this site. The message is built in your browser and you decide what to do with it: copy it, or open it in WhatsApp or in your email app with the text already filled in. We only receive that information if you send the message. Please do not include sensitive data (for example health, religion or political views) or unnecessary information.
Communications. If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or Instagram, we process the data you share (for example your name, phone number, email and the content of your inquiry) to answer you and, if we move forward, to prepare a proposal and a quote.
Technical access data. As with any website, the hosting provider may log technical data for each visit (for example IP address, date and time, pages requested and browser type) for security and operation. We do not routinely access those logs.
Site analytics. Only if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits: pages viewed, device type, approximate country or area and browsing time. We configure it without advertising or ad personalization features. We do not use this information to identify you.
Storage in your browser. To remember your cookie choice we store a technical item (td-consent) in your browser's local storage. It is not sent to any server.
3. What we use it for and on what basis
- Answering inquiries and preparing proposals and quotes. Basis: your consent, which you express by sending us the inquiry through the channel you choose.
- Managing the professional relationship with clients.
- Measuring and improving how the site is used. Basis: your consent, which you can give or refuse in the cookie notice.
The data you provide is voluntary. If you do not provide it, we may not be able to answer your inquiry. We do not sell your data or use it to send you third-party advertising.
4. Who it is shared with and international transfers
- Google: Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies, and the email service we use to receive your emails. The site typefaces are loaded from this same site.
- Meta (WhatsApp and Instagram), when you contact us through those channels.
- Hosting provider (DonWeb), which hosts the site.
These providers may process data outside Argentina, including in countries that, according to the current list of Argentina's Agency for Access to Public Information, do not have an adequate level of protection (for example the United States). We therefore inform you that, by accepting cookies or choosing those channels to write to us, your data may be processed abroad under each provider's conditions. If you do not want that, do not accept cookies and contact us by another means.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
This site does not set first-party cookies. Only if you accept, Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) are set; they are used to tell visits apart and last up to 2 years. If you decline or withdraw your consent, measurement is switched off and we delete those cookies. You can change your choice at any time:
You can also block or delete them in your browser settings. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal. Your choice is remembered for 12 months.
6. How long we keep data
We keep communications while the inquiry or business relationship lasts and for as long as needed to meet legal obligations and handle possible claims. Analytics data is kept for the period configured in Google Analytics: 2 months for event data and up to 14 months for data tied to user identifiers, counted from the last activity.
7. Your rights
You can access your data and request its rectification, updating or deletion by writing to dept.ar@gmail.com. The right of access can be exercised free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless you show a legitimate interest. We answer access requests within ten calendar days, and rectification, updating or deletion requests within five business days. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. To handle your request we will only ask for the data needed to identify you.
The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the control authority of Argentine Law 25,326, is entitled to handle complaints from people whose rights have been affected by non-compliance with personal data protection rules.
If you live outside Argentina, you may also exercise the rights your local law grants you by writing to the same address; we will handle them to the extent they apply.
8. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and we apply reasonable technical measures to protect information. No system is completely secure: if you notice a problem, please let us know.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
